The service
Phone Smash provides an in-person visit, within London, during a one-hour arrival window you select, to physically destroy a mobile phone that you supply. The price is a fixed £100, paid in advance.
Your device, your authority
You must own the device being destroyed, or have the clear authority of its owner to have it destroyed. By booking, you confirm this and acknowledge that the destruction is permanent and irreversible. We will not destroy any device we reasonably believe is not yours to destroy, or that you cannot clearly demonstrate authority over.
Scope
This service relates only to property you voluntarily supply for destruction. It is not a threat, intimidation, or enforcement service of any kind, and must never be used in relation to property belonging to someone else without their clear consent.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us before your appointment window. Bookings cancelled after our arrival, or where access is refused on the day, may not be refunded.
Liability
Back up or transfer any data you need before your appointment. We are not responsible for any data, SIM card, or accessories left inside a device at the time of destruction.
