What we collect
When you book, we collect your name, email, mobile number, address and postcode, your chosen date and time, and any notes you add. This is used solely to deliver your appointment.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details — Stripe handles this directly.
Booking notifications
When a booking is confirmed, your booking details are sent to our operator via WhatsApp or SMS (through Twilio) so we know where and when to arrive.
Storage
Booking records are stored securely in our database and are not sold or shared with third parties beyond the payment and messaging providers needed to deliver the service.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it once your appointment is complete, by contacting us via the details provided at booking.
